Playing-Up Dispensations - CHANGE IN RULES

19/01/14.  The rules relating to dispensation for pipers and drummers to play with higher grade bands were changed in the 2014 remit round with the removal of the two grade gap. It is now possible for an eligible officer of a band to play with any higher grade band. The Board wishes to implement this for the 2015 contest so there is an opportunity for bands to make application for dispensation for the Nelson contest. Applications must be received by me by 8 February 2015.
